We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you request a quote, book a shipment, register as a carrier, contact us, or otherwise interact with our Services. The information we collect may include:

  • Shipment information: pickup and delivery addresses, commodity, weight, references, rates.
  • Carrier onboarding data: MC/DOT numbers, EIN, W-9 information, certificates of insurance, agreements, bank/payment details, and electronic signatures.

Sensitive Information. We do not knowingly process sensitive personal information.

Shipment records, carrier files, and related documents are retained for the periods required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and other applicable laws. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.
